I don't know what you are exactly looking for but here is a extremely edited version of Solid tanks pure guide. ( Basically me just deleting everything but the levels required for them). The grammar and spelling isn't perfect, but hey, I edited it down in a few minutes for an example.

If the idea of tickets get's accepted. Why not make a form where they have to put the characters name in? The name wouldn't show up when the account was being sold, just so a mod can check it stats against the claimed stats and check wether or not the account is on the do not buy list?
More work for the mods but on paper looks like a good idea to me.

Determined that from a previous statement you made. saying ''pures'' have low hp and prayer. I understand what your saying but in no way support.

 

Yep, that would be considered a pure. Over time hp has become more acceptable, and prayer aswell. But if defence and summoning were raised aswell, it would compromise its purity.

70 prayer on a pure would be plain retarded though.
