TERMS OF SALE:​

DISCLAIMER

- Seller will not be responsible for any subsequent infarctions once the account is purchased by the buyer.

GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY

- What is guaranteed is that the account's character, should it be a Jagex account, and/or the account itself, should it be a legacy account, will NEVER be recovered.

- Login email and password for both the account and the email will be provided, if indicated above, to delete the chance of the account getting disabled following new ownership.

- Upon purchase, there will be a 30-day warranty which covers, but not limited to, assistance for appealing if there are bans committed. However, successful result is not guaranteed which may be due to factors beyond the seller such as changes in appeal system by Jagex. Despite this, should the need arise, seller is still obligated to perform more successful and known unbanning or recovery methods.

- After the 30 day warranty has lapsed, assistance for more successful unbanning will be based on my discretion and terms, and will therefore not be obligatory, including refunds.

- Accounts bought can be resold but upon resale of account, the guarantee provided by the warranties above, including refunds, will be null and void immediately. Assistance in more successful recovery and appealing of bans for the subsequent owner will likewise be upon my discretion and terms.

REFUNDS

- Refunds may be requested by the buyer. However, proof is required such as proof that it is recovered by me, which will be settled in Sythe after which, a refund will be done should it be deemed valid.

- Refund amount will be solely based on the amount sent to seller during the buying of the account and DOES NOT include items within the account.

- Should full refund be requested and there is are new infarctions such as bans or mutes, the one issuing is expected to receive only partial refund based on the market value of the account contested.

Full refund will only be issued on the following situations:
1. Failure of delivery of above advertised product which includes selling an already banned account (requires proof it was banned before buying).
2. Recovery by seller (requires proof that seller attempted recovery).
3. Must have absence of subsequent infarcts. All accounts above have no blackmarks hence any blackmarks present will forfeit being issued a full refund.

- Should a "refund scam" be attempted, the guarantee and warranties above and below will be null and void.

- Lack of proof that seller indeed made the recovery and basing it on mere speculation will deem the request for refund null and void.

TRANSACTIONS

- For transactions via Discord, Payment FIRST via crypto, or trusted midman (MM) via Sythe admin or seller's known MM will be used at the cost of the buyer.

- The seller also has the right to payment security thus payment preference will also be the right of the seller.

- By accepting payment method, amount, and agreeing to buy the account, the buyer also accepts the rest of the above terms.
