    The fact that before that last message he was online for every hour of the day and now he hasn't gotten online in 3 days.. Tough I just messaged him, Ill see what he reply's, if he does. :)

    He did replied to my PM.. tough I do not consider this as evidence? Asked him for any proof that the upgrade is not applied.. I could say I did bought a upgrade from someone else to not pay it up..

    After seeing the users membership status and when he bought another upgrade to make his account a members - it looks likes a mistake on Jagex's fault. Sorry.
