Help making RSPS

I used rune locus starter pack and made my server work, i just need to get it to be an exact copy of a current one called Near-Reality. Only reason is because my brother and i will change code and try to develop the game for personal use. This will be a personal private server for me and my brother to test things/screw around. Help will be appreciated please!
