Attempted a scam, by claiming I had a name that I didn't in a poor effort to try to score some easy money, was very uneducated in the market and was quickly outsmarted. I used to really suck at self humility, and would not know how to respond when caught, which led to me pretending that I did not mean to do this, for a very long time.

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: There was no monetary gain, but I still feel bad after later finding out that it was Andy that I originally attempted this with; and I appreciate you for having a chat with me after my last dispute.

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: There was a situation back in March of 2020 where I had attempted a 35m scam in game within a community, this took place with me pretending to be someone who was in charge of collecting payments for a service, and then would log out afterwards; there were 3 victims total, 2 of which I took payment for, 28m and 7m, this money was given back to the 2 within 48 hours, and a confession to the community was given (After a hard time of owning up to being wrong.) I have yet been able to apologize to the 3rd victim who didn't fall for my stupid plan, because neither I or the staff team of the community could locate the guy.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: At the time, gold price was really high, and I was really struggling in real life being between jobs, and at the time I really wanted to eventually own a twisted bow, so I thought it would be a smart idea to try to pretend that I owned a name that I didn't by messaging multiple people asking for quotes and trying to sell, which involved me trying to impostor some reputable people at the time to try and gain pseudo trust, being as ignorant as I was, nobody fell for it. I previously mentioned something about wanting to get into the market of services (Which was true.) But wasn't the primary reasoning for that action. I moved houses in real life and thought that the original account deckertyler was just IP banned, didn't even cross my mind that it was still DNT nearly a year+ later, Which is why I created the new account (Clairvo) when I was selling some old accounts I no longer needed. I then came across one of the old posts when browsing and remembered. I attempted to login, in which after a few attempts, I was able to get back in. I tried to request a name change on it; which was the only reason why I logged in, as at the time this was my full legal name. (Not anymore.) I Should've fessed up and did a DNT on myself when I realized, but I didn't because not all of my accounts were sold yet.

If it helps my case; Prior to my ban, I did gather some legitimate vouches, which can and are still found on my vouch thread. (Clairvo Vouches) Not sure how credible this other information is, but I feel like It's worth mentioning. I also have received 2 tbow's in my name in game, and have split both of those, one which was a 3 man, the other which was a 10 man, and since then I have split a lot of small items in game, but only large item was a scythe which was around 600m,

The 2nd bow was within a CM raid, There were 10 people within the raid, Kammerat Dk #0050, doublejoew #3446, Ma rc #3812, What A Build #5389 , Marvonk #1587, mrgreenscape#6693, untitled 13#5895, adamabc1#5376, Wellpower10#9712 idk the 10th person though.

Andy if you're reading this; I'm sorry that I never joined the community discord as you suggested, I could sit here and say that with covid, and my work opening back up that I just couldn't find the time, truth be told I was still slightly embarrassed and still wanted to use the time to work out some of that personal stuff that I had mentioned to you.
