Detailed sig

Lf this, this is my super rough draft. actually took me like 30 mins to do im not artistic at all.

• Its a destroyer details below
• hull number is 109
• that guy hanging off flag is a Ape, im in deck we are called Deck Apes
• He is to be saluting with his right hand and hanging with his left hand
• the ape has a dixie cap on, the whites/blues cover.
• i'd like it if it could be raining or snowing in the sig, ive seen it done in some people sigs, oh and i forgot the water lmao.
• i can pay with pp/rs3/07 w/e you want
• let me know for more details. again i'd like this to a be a good sig, upward in the 15$ + range
