Pretty sure it would work. I don't see why not. The only thing i know that doesn't work is that 2 week trial accounts can not vote. Upgrading those trial accounts to full membership should work.

I'm just wondering if that cheap 1st month counts as a trial extension rather than membership. We shall see. If it works I plan on voting 5 times. That's 5 memberships for the price I usually pay for 1.

 

You can also do recruit a friend and their membership will be like 2 bucks or something.

so for people who already have an account and may want a month of membs to play right now, then they can get a cheep membership for a month

 

This is alot better than wastign time on private servers run by incompetant teenagers. The hours wasted on those servers is stupid, because they will always fail. You can flip burgers for an hour and get 7.25

I don't get how it's going to work, Do our accounts work on the old school servers with same levels etc?

If this is true, this is amazing!

I was quite chapped with them for not allowing people to vote who quit recently due to the EOC. I don't see how it would be that hard to allow non-members to vote IF the date their membership ended coincides with around the same time EOC was being released. Those people are a large part of the voting playerbase and their vote is especially important!

Forcing people to resubscribe just to vote would mean a HUGE payday for Jagex, but if they have done anything to actually lower the cost of membership in the face of this possibility, I have huge respect for that.

If you can confirm this works, please post details so people are aware
