CircleTrader (Circlegp) scammed me around 60m~

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
User was training accounts for me and we agreed on a set price in 07 gold for the accounts & quests. After a week or so he told me it'd take longer than expected & he was refusing to do the quests. So, since the service wasn't going to be completed I said I'd pay a lower amount. After a few more weeks he finished the accounts and had asked for payment. At the time he asked for payment I was gone & we kept missing each other. Because of this I had asked numerous times to pay him in paypal that way all he had to do was leave his email address and I could pay whenever I had seen it. This had failed due to him not responding or continuing to want gold, which I didn't have at the time. After a few more times (span of 2 or 3 weeks) of him contacting me and me missing him due to different timezones I had messaged him again asking for his paypal email, which he responded with. I then paid him when I woke up and shortly after he received payment he reported me for not paying.

Sorry for the long overdue dispute, have been working 60+ hours a week and haven't had time for runescape & sythe. I'll be more active on Skype & sythe now that the summer is ending and work is finally slowing down. If you need me you can contact me on Skype, I tried going on discord but it said I needed to verify my account with the token, not sure what happened with my account on there .

Could you provide an up-to-date photo of that payment please? It would also be beneficial to provide screenshots of any claims you are claiming right now.

You seemed to be fine to reply to him regarding pending payment (wanting to wait on ban statuses/moving countries) but as soon as it was time to actually pay him, you became unavailable and dodgy. You waited from late March to past mid Apr to pay him, regardless of conflicting schedules, it doesn't take that long. It looks like you removed him from Skype minutes after he replying regarding not paying him due to it being the morning. Not sure why you would remove him from Skype.
