Would it be legal...

Would it be legal to sell ads with out any third party sellers ( Adsence, adbrite) And just have a banner that says your ad here $10/month and have them email me what they want there ad to be and have them send me the money via paypal. I do not think there is any tax because its not really a item and its just selling ad space.

Your supposed to pay tax still.

Since your probably under 18 you shouldn't worry unless you start making over $500 U.S. dollars PROFIT a year.

 

Yeah but some stuff there is no tax like xbox live and stuff, your buying time on xbox but for ads instead of buying time you are buying web space. I will look more into it.

 

Believe me if you are making profit off something the government will want a cut of it. I highly doubt they will perform an audit on you and even if they do you can write off so many things so you shouldn't worry.

And they do tax Xbox live don't they? Sales tax at the store?

 

I was just at ebgames and got the 3 month card and they said there was no sales tax, They said its not really a item but buying time online.
