Got Scammed Out of 16M RS Account

WHY: HE HAS SCAMMED MY RUNESCAPE ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE NO RECOVERIES TO.
HOW: I WAS SELLING MY ACCOUNT, I AM NEW AND COULDN'T FIND A MM SO I WENT FIRST.
DETAILS:
I was recently scammed out of my account. I was attempting to sell an account and I am new here. I must say I am very disapointed at what I have came across being here within 12 hours and being scammed. However, it's my fault. I've lost 16M and a great account with 4 99 stats, and a quest cape. I was attempting to sell it very, very cheap for only $7.50... I am new here and I really wanted a vouch so I could continue selling accounts. Anyways, I couldn't find a MiddleMan to help with the trade and he refused to go FIRST. I decided I will take the risk because he seemed like a nice guy and legit on the trade. Anyways, I gave him the account details. I told him to send me the money via paypal and I included my email address. He logged out of MSN after that. I logged into Runescape, I seen him logged onto the account, and I asked him why he would do such a thing, he refused to talk and soon turned Private Chat off. I've given him plenty of chances, I have sent him an email, I have notified him on Sythe forum via PM, and I have notified him on Runescape. I have sent a copy of this to him and given him 10 minutes to either give me the account back or pay me, he hasn't done so... Oh well, I am out of an account, but I will still be here at Sythe, I enjoy this place, stuff happens to people and they get scammed sometimes, I will rebound very quickly.
