Account Scammer

This guy scammed me $500 i paid using the method circle this my 3rd time being scammed and im tired of it im goinf to take the apporpiate measure of trackiny down ip addresses of the scammers and locating them i can provide screenshots but its not letting me uplaod them ..If this keep happening im going yo take my money else where and buy runescape accounts 1800+ Main, Q-Cape, Diaries etc [$50 Donator] ..

 

I have banned him for another incident. If you can provide me evidence via photos then I can add to his ban reason.
