Broke old phone and got new one; Google Auth missing

Tried recently to log back into my account on sythe (Famous Jizz) as I've called it quits and wished to sell my old school rs account & gold. Previously my account was hacked, but I successively retrieved it and added a google authenticator for the account. I used this app on my iPhone, but that phone has broken and after getting a new phone & redownloading the app, the sythe google authenticator is no longer present.

I was wondering if anyone could redirect me into a way to retrieve this sythe google authenticator I had previously on the old phone or if I could simply get this google authenticator reset by admins? (of course, I'm willing to give any information about the sythe account as requested)
