I joined ******* yesterday, and I saw the SOTW. It was about Saint Patrick's Day (which is far gone, btw), but it was still open. So I made this (didn't take too long):




I think I did a good job on lighting this time.
Could I get some honest C&C here?

EDIT: Now that I look at it, I think I should erase that c4d on the leprechaun. What do you think?

 

I love the lighting, that's really great. The only thing i do not like is the white text, It looks very grainy to me, and a little hard to read, I guess another choice of font would be better? And the little speck of c4d, or if that's a brush splatter on the leprechaun's face (left lower part of the mouth) distracts me a little.

Yeah, It's quite ironic sometimes how you love your piece when it comes out, and you put it on for CnC and then someone comments on it, you'd see the downsides, but on the optimistic side, you'll get to improve it. And i wish you luck on doing so! You're great, keep doing art. ;D

Yeah, and thanks for the C&C. I updated it, and removed that thing on its face.

 

It seems you finally got depth and lighting (2 things ill never get) It looks awesome, the only thing i can find is that your top text doesnt fit in with the color scheme but to be honest it doesnt matter, amazing sig draucia.

 

I love it. But, sadly, the lighting looks off. But, it's one of your better pieces in my opinion.
