Good job, nice effort put into it, however I've got one small note you might want to add.

''+ the screen RIGHT AFTER you BOTH accept (Where it says "Trade accepted" at the bottom)'' Make sure you get they're name in the picture also, when you make a prt screen of the ''accepted'' trade.

Love the guide! Might turn to Player Auctions if I start getting back into the market. Also, I got scammed a bit over $100 with the unauthorized dispute crap on PayPal. It's pathetic what people go through and do to others to make money.
