voluntarily banned

Hey I've come back to sythe and the runescape community and before i quit (because of school) i asked for a ban so i wouldn't be able to play etc.

now I've finished my schoolwork and everything and I've done so im asking if i could reverse that ban that I voluntarily asked for.
