Meza scamming spree

Hello, I was scammed by Meza for skilling service.

The agreement was : 1-60mining, 1-60agility, 1-70theiving, 1-44rc and Knights Sword quest knocked out. Total payment of 70.6m was paid upfront without the use of a MM sadly. Went to bed for a couple of hours and came back online to see a bunch of scam accusations against him, immediately PMed him on skype and was instantly deleted. At this point I knew I had been scammed by him as well, so logged onto the account to find it still stood where I left it with 0 progress made.
