    Great read for Hardgainers

    Seems more like an ad, while I do agree with some of his notes his protein recommendation is beyond ridiculous. He doesn't even describe nutrition at all in detail. The Lyle McDonald method is beyond more suitable and more definitive than this guys suggestions. You barely need 1.3x per pound of your body weight while cutting, and the whole point of glycogen storage while being in a surplus is from carbs. Not sure where this guy got most of his info, but it's pretty bro-science lol.
