So I dropped out half way through MAT220 which is Calculus Spring '13 and I need to get my groove and prepare for Calculus again. But I took MAT187(Pre-Calc) Fall '12 and passed with a C. I need a class in between Pre-Calc and Calc to prepare me for Calculus next time. I don't want to retake 187 for a higher grade because I wouldn't receive extra credit for it already then I received. There is brief-calc but I feel like that would be a waste. I just need something to prepare me or how do I take the next step in preparation for Calculus really.

Unless you're planning on furthering your future in Maths, I feel its a waste of a subject to learn at College.
I've conducted several interviews & looked through thousand of CV's & never has there been a criteria for Maths (Other than GCSE, Idk what those qualifications are called in America)
I work for a massive company & i don't feel a maths degree is in anyway rewarding.

Well I still need math for pre-requisites for bigger courses.

Yes, but dont take much more of math if not wanting to do something in the future in that subject.
