What stats to start NMZing?

I hate training on accounts and want to do NMZ. What base attack / strength stats would get me a decent xp/hr?

 

I'd generally say either 60 Attack/70 Attack then then at least 70 Strength.

 

I start at 70/70 use a Sara sword to 80/80 then train to 99 str with the ss then switch to a whip and rune defender for 99 attack and defence

 

Yea i was going to say the same thing, that is how i got my account to maxed combat.

 

Do you bot NMZ? Also if you do, do you get banned quick?

 

i botted nmz and got banned in a few hours.
