[Easy] How to Upload Videos Faster to Youtube [YouTube]

Hello all! And welcome to my first guide here on Sythe, detailing how to covert your videos to a format which is friendlier to Youtube, allowing you to upload them 10 X quicker. Note: This guide depends on what format your video is in originally and so will only help some of you

Background Information

A lot of videos and nearly all videos recorded with screen recorders such as FRAPS will be in AVI format. This is a problem for YouTube as AVI format takes up a lot of space so your video will take a lot longer to upload. For example the same video in AVI format may take an hour to upload to websites like Youtube in AVI format but only 1 minute in MP4 format. This is where the guide comes in as I am going to show you how to convert your videos which are in AVI into MP4 format

How to

To convert your videos you will need a file convertor and I recomment Format Factory if you do not already have it as it extremely useful and can covert videos, songs and pictures to hundreds of other uses so it will be very useful for you . Format factory can be found at: http://www.formatoz.com/. Just click download.

And now...

After downloading Format Factory or another format converter to you ready to start converting! Simply click on all to MP4 as shown:

Then click add file shown here and select the file you want to convert:

After that simply OK and then click START and Format Factory will begin to convert your video very quickly. After this process has done you should find your converted video in your documents.
