Gravite 2h vs rapier

Despite being a 2h the gravite 2h has the same attack speed as a battle axe and I have found that the gravite 2h has a even higher dps then rapier, or any free to play weapon, the gravite 2h has higher bonus then corrupt dragon battle axe rendering them both almost useless. The gravite 2h has 90 strength and 87 slash the attack speed is 3.6 seconds. This is a 20 strength and 18 attack improvement to the rune 2h and 0.6 seconds faster the gravite rapier is 48 strength 50 attack only 3 strength levels higher then rune scimmy and 5 attack higher the rapier has 2.4 attack speed the same as rune scimitar.
Here is a dps calculation 90 divided by 1.5 is 60 as rapier is 1.5 times faster 87 divided by 1.5 is 58 meaning if they were the same attack speed rapier would be 48 strength the 2h would be 60 the attack of rapier would be 50 attack compaired to 58.
The only debateable advantage to rapier is that while using 2h players may eat to higher hp although even then the 2h still would be good as a finishing weapon. Sometimes a player who is tanking may also prefure a shield but overall I think the 2h is much better then rapier.
With any other scimitar the dps is higher then the 2h for example rune scimitar has a higher dps then 2h
The gravite 2h would even prove better in training.

gravite raiper is just a cool item, in reality its pretty much what the brackish blade is to dscim except with the rune scim.. it just stabs which is better for plate armor but the scim does more than fine. Gravite 2h on the other hand is simply devastating .. dont waste tokens on the raiper unless you just wanna look different training, it seems to last quite a bit longer than other gravites too for some reason. G2H for pk, raiper for dicking around (if at all)

 

yeah use grvite 2h for range to 2h combo. Rapier u cant do much with it

 

i agree it is like some people do not think that cls is werth the tokens but they still buy it sometimes to complete there chaotic set and to play about with

 

yeah 2h is also good for training too as it has the highest dps

 

2h is still good even with out the right stats, maybe not owning but it would be better then the altertive then to use rune 2h or gravite rapier

OT: Yeah gravite rapier isn't exactly the greatest, although some people use it as they don't have to considerably level up their combat level by getting up range to do decent hits with their bow before they switch to 2h.
