Chicks gold advertising stock they don't have AGAIN

I bought 200m Albion via the website asked specifically if they had it stocked for instant delivery, to which they replied that they do so proceeded to place my order for them to tell me that infact they do not have it in stock.

the service they provide just gets worse by the day making people wait for payments, late deliveries etc.

update. i've now requested a refund was told it would take minutes but now apparently they are "waiting on the accountants team". I genuinely don't understand how they are still going at this point.

They closed my previous live chat, so opened a new one to check on my refund which would take 'minutes'. Now being told 3-7 business days. as soon as i mention sythe and asking for them to respond and my refund. they have closed my live chat and any future livechats i try to open.

while I appreciate the response. Putting out this kind of service once in a while fair enough is a mistake. Being honest I have never had a smooth transaction with chicks gold ever. There has always been some complication whether it be "the accountant isn't in today" making people wait 4-5 days for payments or taking hours to deliver gold. I don't understand how anyone can take someones payment instantly with them expecting a service/product in return for you guys to not live up to your end of the deal then when they ask for a refund saying "oh it's going to be 3-7 days". It is outrageous. This isn't even entirely about my transaction the report is more to put a stop to your shabby customer service and untrained staff misleading customers. I've received my refund now but I know for a fact had I not made a fuss I would have just been put on the back burner like the 100s of other people you people at chicks gold do it to and just expect them to be ok with it.
