    Hello hear to post how primal stole some of my items was very unprofessional forced canceled my ticket and has yet to take appropriate action against their worker.

    Not yet I am currently at work and need to get my old PayPal so they can refund me on my ticket what was owed but I have heard nothing or no leagal actions being taken on the sabotage on my GIM acc for missing items that were in my bank at this time they are not being compliant with me that well or keeping me updating on what or IF they will do anything to the worker who sabotaged my account. I am not at all concerned about the GP being refunded as im a GIM it burns a lot and just really annoyed about the missing items...

    first of all, thank you for this report. I definitely do not have anything better to do with my time.

    the ticket was cancelled yesterday because you were the most unbearable customer we have had to date.
    as i have mentioned here Screenshot - dc5e4aeb2382aaa4708d9d77d7faa166 - Gyazo, ive received numerous complaints about your ticket, so i approved cancellation and refund, this has since been processed. see reported post, i've also DMed you this confirmation.

    in our entire History, we only have had to cancel an order once before.

    in between, we had been forced to mute you since you were spamming our public channels.
    when asked to get un-muted to provide the email in the ticket for logging reasons, you AGAIN started spamming public channels.

    which you refused to give, stating that 'i know it already'.
    We like to double check in case anything has changed, which you clearly stated it did.

    shortly after, you decided to post your report, stating we did Not refund you.
    the reported post shows you didn't provide the refund email until ~ 5 hours AFTER the report.

    @Yoshiki i can grant you access to the channel, for safety reasons we decided to keep the channel open in case the transcript glitches.

    I reviewed the ticket and the evidence provided and Primal was well within his right to cancel the order and issue a refund for the work not completed. As for the missing items on the account, there is not enough evidence to support Primal or his workers were the culprits as there was some animosity towards them from the customer. The customer has previously engaged in questionable behavior, raising concerns about the potentially nefarious nature of their actions. In short, there is no way to know 100% who removed the items from the account so I will be closing this report.
