My unfortunate ban

My account "Willshire" was banned.

I was accused of Ban Evading.

Clearly, as I look at the evidence, theres no way I can say "Oh well, thats not my msn." Its clearly the same msn. But not the same person.

See heres what happened: My friend, Zack Wilson, made the account, that was his hotmail/msn address. Thats why he made the name Wilson77. Well shortly after his ban, he called me one day and told me to go to the neighborhood park. He told me about his parents treating him like crap and how his girlfriend broke up with him. He told me that he was going to walk out. Anyway, so 2 days later i called him, he never answered, turns out he had gotten his older brothers friend to pick him up and drive him back to their house, they lived in georgia. He told me if I wanted to, I could make a new sythe account, and start using his msn, he doesnt use the computer much anymore anyway. He gave it to me and I used it. I asked him "Is there any harm joining sythe? Would I be hacked?" He told me it was safe so, here I am. I didnt know about ban evading, and how it worked, I never even knew he was banned, he never even told me! So I didnt think anything could be wrong. I called him a few hours ago when my mate told me my account had been banned, i checked it myself and called him. I asked about "ban evading" and he said he forgot to tell me but his account was banned so it got me banned too. He didnt tell me why his got banned but he said he was sorry and hung up.

I have never scammed and it wasn't intentional ban evade, I really wasnt trying to ban evade, if I had known, I wouldn't of used his msn, id prob of gotten myself one.

Well thats about it. Please unban "Willshire" i did not ban evade.
