2nd ban in 2 week.

Jagex are definatley cracking down big time..

I've never been banned in the serveral years I botted, I have now had 2 accounts banned in 2 weeks..
BOT WITH CAUTION!

 

Was it the account I donated to? Haha

 

Maybe you just got unlucky and caught by a bust squad twice in 2 weeks.

Bans seem to be picking up, there's been a lot of threads about them lately so It's hard to tell what's going off with the rates.

 

What did you bot?

 

Woodcutting, was pretty much suiciding it though.

 

I think you were just unlucky. I've been botting strong for about 8 months and I'm fine. You just need to bot smart, and know when / were to do it and for how long.

The key though is to use either a paid or QUALITY free script (kEssence, there are a few on RSBuddy) and then botting for about 8 hours a day.

 

Mabye after the first time they had u under servalance and was checking u out

 

can you give us more details

what bot were you using?
what script were you using?
how much time were you using it per day ?

 

I think Jagex are indeed looking for botters and trying their hardest to ban as many botters as they possibly can.

Theres your problem, Jagex knows people bot woodcutting.

 

Well even though most bots say they have "Anti-Ban" in them, that does not mean it will work. I personally find it very effective to change my language and go into a world with a low populated amount of people.(That reason it has a lower chance of getting reported) Also only bot's I would use, is the the premium paid for ones. Free ones, are usually missing something. Hence the reason most people are now paying for the bots. Also I suggest only botting a few days in a row. Then play legit. Don't just stop botting, you must keep playing on your account. Also I would not bot for more then 10 hours a day. And im pretty sure it's just the woodcutting/firemaking bots which get you banned/reset. I've used both of those on a fresh level 3 account and both accounts were rollbacked to level 5 in each of those skills. So i'm pretty sure it's just those skill bots. Or as everyone else has stated, unlucky.

 

im surprised that I've never been banned for botting yet... Can't tell you how many times i've came back to check on my rsbot and my character is stuck in a random just clicking on things repeatably or just standing there doing nothing.. that and countless times of botting 24/7 haha.

 

Also just got a ban today, which is strange as I've been suiciding this account for a while and nothing happened. Oh well, at least I got a minor.

Hmm.. I'd assume you botting woodcutting was the biggest factor in this.

Anyone know if Ankous are risky to bot? I only do it on 1500+ total worlds.

 

I got my first ban with a Nexus client.

Started the account, then was training it for 70 range n def, come back about 2h later and it got banned. Pretty slow place too, don't even see how anyone assumed I was botting to report, was f2p of all things :S.

 

f2p is easier to get banned, to the person above me.

Ive been botting SW / nature runes for a long time now and no ban- you must just be unlucky, or botting in f2p, or using bad judgment
