Either it's the same person or both are/were sharing accounts...
Wouldn't be surprised if they still are considering anthony has no activity in a long time and austin the man usually double posts;

 

It seems that the accounts haven't interacted with each other as far as trades. You are allowed to have multiple accounts as long as they don't trade between the two.
