    As you may of noticed today, Shawn, a former moderator of Sythe spontaneously committed suicide a few years ago without notice.
    I never knew this person, nor was I ever around to meet him but this thread that I have shown you could one day save a member who is on the verge of suicide.

    I am going to say that this is the best thread I have seen. Already, many Sythe users have contributed to this thread which one day may tranquilise someones thoughts of suicide.

    I believe that we all owe a thankyou to the OP.

    Yeah it is but the sadness can be resolved through the contribution of Sythe members providing reasons why not to cause harm to themself. :)

    I agree, it's ONE of the best threads on Sythe in terms of the amount of contribution from members on that thread. I have posted on that thread a few times because i completely disagree with suicide.

    I would argue against that. Not that it's a bad thread, but it wont stop anyone from commuting suicide; it merely gets them thinking about reasons why not[i/] to, however generally when a person becomes suicidal their negative feelings drastically outweigh the positive.
