    if i wanted to make a 10 def pure is there any quest for def i need or just train the 10 lvls

    There is no useful quest that'll keep you at 10 defence unless you're planning on doing barrows on it. If you are, do In Search of the Myreque for the shortcut. If you aren't, you can just train it.

    I think Nature's spirit gets you somewhat close. Check the level it gets you to and decide whether the extra def level is worth it for the next set of gloves you can get from it. Answered though.
