I know there is a graphic section, but it seems that people are not familiar with Neopets on that board. So I am posting here (as a service) to have these following made.

I have examples of what I am looking for.
I need the HTML coding for each lookup and layout. I used to know some HTML but not so much anymore. I will pay extra for this.
Seeking someone that can do neopet related images, like the bright coloring and all that used.

I would like someone that I can also get in contact in the near future to help me design some other work.
