Forums that distribute or link to warez content is prohibited.

Gilbert: but none of the files were hosted on our server, they were merely links to other websites

Gilbert: we will IMMEDIATLEY remove all of the potentially unacceptable content if the webserver is un-suspended

Gilbert: The only way we can remove the content is to delete the unacceptable sections of our "Web Forum" through the admin-control panel which would require us to have access to the website.

Next I proceeded to contact them on the phone.

They told me that I needed to wait until security would call back.

Security calls back and tells me that they will not allow us to host cheatscene on the webserver and that they can not provide me with a backup considering that hosting or linking to warez is a federal offense (although we didn't).

All in all cheatscene is lost, thanks hostgator , go to fucking hell!


PS: Yes, I did pose as Repentless considering they wouldn't let me do crap when I tried and inquire under my own name.
