Honestly, I don't think, that they are CHEAPEST.
I'm looking for something like tinydeal, dealextreme. (Chinese shops)

There are no stores online that sell things cheaper than everyone else. The best thing you're going to find is deal finders, where you enter what you're looking for and they look across many different websites for deals on that item.

Your best bet is to get a business license. Most of these "Chinese" shops don't sell items singularly.. Ex: You can buy a PS3 for $80, but you have to buy like 10+.
