Selling Dota 2 Beta Invite for $30

As the topic suggests, I'm looking to sell a Dota 2 Beta Invite for 30 dollars.

Just a few rules:
1. Unless you have a significant amount of vouches, you send the money first.
2. We use Paypal.
3. I am going to stream the transaction, as I'd like a video receipt. You are welcome to watch this.

Since I'm a new poster/user here, I figure Paypal is the best way to go about this as you can always dispute me and get your money back if I turn out to be some asshole scammer.
