The original owner can and probably will retrieve his account sooner or later by simply emailing steam with a photo of the original serial-key.

Yah, he realy was selling hacked accounts, so i asked my money back on paypal only got 8 usd back from the 10 but i dont care about him anymore so dont trust him, gave my bought account back to the orriginal owner that was a friend of mine so, he asked me how i get the account and i told him i bought it from him.

 

the account he sold me got hacked back or stolen i cannot login to it, i would like my money back or a new steam accnt.
