[Fix] Win8-8.1 Low memory in fullscreen games

Every once in awhile, someone may run into an unusual error, where they are running low on memory, when they definitely should not be.

This error occurs primarily on Windows 8 and 8.1, and has a very simple fix.

    The error:

    The fix:

    1. Right click the bottom left of your screen to pull up your "start menu".

    2. Go to your Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization.

    3. Select "Screen resolution", and record your screen's resolution for the monitor (if you have more than one) that your game is being displayed on.

    4. Now, go into your game's graphics settings, and make sure it is set to the same resolution as your monitor. Any differences here will cause Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 to run out of memory.

Ta-da, your problem should be fixed, unless you really are using too much memory, which is a rarity for modern machines.
