Looking to purchase a 4 digit

As the title says looking to purchase a 4 digit lower than 0:0:5xxx, however you will either being going first or we will use xel or an OMM.

Requirements:
-VAC Clean
-PoP or Original email
-League clean [Negotiable if it has notable league proof]

Leave your AIM/MSN here as well as the starting digits of the account, if you have PoP or original email, and the league history (if any.)

Haha you missed the 5xxx one I was selling earlier.
I do have a super nice 8xxx, digits are great.
