OP is correct - we have not come through with the summoner icon rewards for lifetime RP purchases yet. There have been a few different reasons for the delay, but the good news is that when they do finally come, they should be much cooler than I originally envisioned.
And while I'm fessing up to missing target dates I've put out there, I should mention that the next ultimate skin will not make it in May. Hopefully June!"

I'd really like to see a new ultimate skin, preferably one on a champion I enjoy playing.

 

Do you know what the minimum spent amount would be to qualify for dem rewards?

 

The new ultimate skin is unofficially known to be Spirit Guard Udyr.

I have no idea, Riot hasn't released info. I'd guess there will be tiers though, something like 10k RP > 50K RP > 100k RP

 

Any update on this?

 

I think I would get the top life time spent reward..
