I know a way (US only i think) of getting practicly free pins.

Requirements:
$60 for 1000 or so pins.

Im selling this guide and i am looking for a really good neopets account and/or a runescape 90+.

It requires you going to a local Wal-mart/Dollar General, its legal.

And ive asked a few diffrent mods....

Verified the guide. It should work perfectly fine from what I can tell. It is US ONLY though (well, it may work in some countries but I know it wont work in the UK )

Y0u, if Baser is from the US I would advise getting him to verify also. I have not been able to use this guide as im in the UK BUT I am CERTAIN it works perfectly .
