I am new to the Runescape blackmarket and looking to build up a portfolio of vouches. I am planning to do this by offering cheap skilling.
I will not currently be offering skills that are buyable or involve wealth. This will come at a later date when I have a bit more trust.

These discounted prices will only be for a certain amount of exp.

Thieving - 55+ - 20gp/xp
Hunter - 29+ - 25gp/xp
Mining - 30+ - 40gp/xp
Fishing - 30+ - 20gp/xp
Woodcutting - 30+ - 25gp/xp
