Cheap laptop for college / a bit of rs?

Hey guys. So im not that good at computers and stuff, but im entering college next may and I need a laptop

Preferably a cheap one, doesn't have to be a new model, can be 2nd hand, or an old model, just hook me up with anything you know (links).

I need a laptop that can handle rs3 and rs07 simultaneously as well, if thats possible.

I AM NOT BUYING FROM SYTHE, but rather, I will look for the model where I live
