I can train all skills on runescape including dungeoneering (my personal account has over 2400 total so I've had plenty of experience with skilling)
All combat skills can be trained also and chinning can be done aswell at a cost of 5mill RSGP per 1mill xp (i have two personal accounts with 13mill range xp and 40mill range xp, can show proof)
