1 - I have recently started creating accounts on OSRS, understandably have small feedback as of far so would HAPPILY ALWAYS use a MM if that is what the buyer wants.

1) As the only current owner of the account, once it has been bought by a customer I guarantee I will delete it from my database.
2) You will provide me with an e-mail that I can add onto the account. From this point on, this is your account as it is registered to you. Anything that happens to the account beyond this point is not our problem (If you do something to get it banned = No refund). As the accounts I use are 600 + days old, I now put an e-mail on them due to the chance of being locked. I will provide this e-mail address as well.
3) We will not provide a refund in any circumstances - This is because we will check the login details before hand (Record login), whilst their being 0% chance of recovery after you have registered all your details/security question and we have deleted the information from the database
4) We both leave each other feedback regarding the service which will benefit each other.
