I'm an in game leader/caller, supreme who flirts with global in regards to MM rank. Spend the rest of my time playing ESEA in a UK team. I wanted to offer something to help people and I do not think boosting is the solution, as you'll be an absolute shitter at whatever rank you're boosted to.

Instead, submit a demo of a game you played. Not one where you got 35+ frags and dominated, and not a game where you scraped 5 kills. There is no point in asking for feedback on a game where you just walked all over the enemy getting all the kills, this is just to try and help people understand what they're doing wrong.

Upload a video of just a normal game, and I'll watch through some, if not all of it, and I'll give you feedback on you what you need to be doing to improve as a player. It'd be likely best if you upload it as a Youtube video. I will respond to it as soon as I can. Please also let me know if you want the feedback to be public (on this thread) or private (I'll PM you).

Alternatively, feel free to submit a team demo if you want strategy feedback on how to improve your executes or team cohesion and let me know not just to pay attention to an individual player but the team as a whole.
