Why am I calling this the perfect starter iron? There's plenty of time put into the account through all kinds of quests, slayer, training, etc. but its not finished - Not even close.
There's almost no endgame items on the account but that's a good thing in this scenario. All the annoying stuff is done, its right on the cusp of when the game ramps up drastically - Where the drops will feel the most rewarding and much more exciting.
Why buy an Iron with all kinds of endgame items? Where's the fun in that? At least with this account there's tons of upgrades available.

When I refer to "annoying stuff", im talking about the long important quests, the early slayer grind for slayer helm/bigger and badder/other slayer perks, early herblore/farming, kourend favor, the 1000+ games of WT i had to do for a tome.. and so forth.
