1 Def pure to Zerker?

Do you think i should do it? My stats atm are 60 attack 60 strength 1 defence and 43 prayer. I see and have heard they're fun to make since i love questing i'd enjoy the quests. Are they better than 1 def pures in PvP?

When atk and str is high yeah i believe they are better, however with only 60 I would probably keep it at 1 def until there a bit higher. But thats just me .

 

Zerker pures are no good at that level, and most of them have 70+ attack.

Usually the overall goal of a zerker is:

99 Attack
99 Strength
45 Defence
99 range
99 hitpoints
99 mage
52 prayer

Ontop of questing, you also need to obtain a fighter torso, and a firecape.

 

Obviously I'd work on it but i want to start one out of that by questing etc... then eventually after a long time go pvp

 

I would also suggest a money making stat before hand.

Zerker pures are expensive, and time consuming.

If you can't get the money making stat before hand don't do it.

After you have a good 20mil, I would suggest you get the strength and attack up first.

Either way, it's not my choice.

 

eh get bout 80 str then get the zerker stuff and the def. Get atleast 5m. 20mill is to much i would say.

 

20mil isn't really to much.. not if he plans on getting the firecape.

5mil doesn't really last that long.. not even on a 1 defence pure.

If he plans on getting a decent mage level to start with, 5mil is way to low.

Range isn't that cheap either.

I guess, whatever he wants.

 

I have 2M atm, gonna get higher attack and strength before i get defence.

Beforehand I suggest you consider having a main account to do quests on. Even zerker pures run out of quests they can do.

 

dont get 45def untill you like 80 str.

 

If you plan on being a zerker pure long-term and don't mind not PvP-ing. Just get the 45 Defnow, but make sure to do all the quests that give defence first. 45 Def will MAJORLY help you in training Attack + Str, so think long-term.

 

It all depends on what kind of pking style you like, and if u can afford losing 200k+ or 70k. Its all in your pking style/preferences

The rune armor isn't going to save you from any K0s, and 45 def lvls just for a rune defender and helm.. is it really worth it?

you're going to get owned especially at your level- by the time you're 45 def, people your level are going to run around with 99 str.

 

Zerkers fail for 1 reason: DIEING!

A good zerker needs: Barrows gloves, Torso, rune defender, rune boots, rune legs, fire cape, Whip/AGS/BGS, zerker helm, fury, zerker ring. Without this gear you don't have the strength bonus for a zerker to be useful. All this stuff is EXPENSIVE + Takes LOTS of time to get.

Each death can be up to a month of work! On a 1 defence pure you don't lose anything tbh. : Ghost robes, climber boots, str ammy, dds/dscim/whip/ags (prot'ed) zammy book (can get back) zammy cape (can get back) acumulator ( can get back..) etc..
