Switch Me offsite scam

His GP shop here on powerbot was closed stating he had been reported for scamming, this was a few days ago, the report is no longer active and he has now received a restriction meaning he's more than likely temp banned or permanently restricted from that specific section for scamming.

If it's not enough to warrant a ban, I think he should be TWC'd at the very least for his restriction on PB, even though he's selling stolen goods from the ss db leak which i'm currently not able to prove.
