RodneyCool - scamming

I'm posting this on behalf of a sythe newcomer who recently got scammed by him and wanted him banned.

Briefly explain the trade: zambor sold a BO2 Steam gift for 23$ via paypal

How they scammed: RodneyCool did not send any payment and went offline after he had received the BO2 gift.
