plankgang does not train accounts legit

hey everyone, just purchased a power leveling service from plankgang, his title on his thread says that he does all skilling by hand, my account was perfectly fine before i purchased his services, went to log into my account today to find that it was permanently banned after he just finished my order, so rest in peace my 13 year old account that have had since i was 8 years old. i do not bot or macro or any of that stuff because i do not want to take the risks of something like this happening, thats why i ordered one of these services. he sent me screenshots for every level he achieved and it showed that he was playing on runelite but that doesnt make sense because i wouldnt just get banned for someone hand training my account on runelite, so why would i just randomly get banned for macroing? he states that he did not bot it but i think he is lying. i hope this person gets banned from this site because this is unacceptable, i lost my account that meant everything to me. he also wont reply to me on discord anymore. i know i already lost my account from this guy, but i want to stop any other future people from being banned from using this service.
am going to file a hjacked report to jagex if the account get unbanned I will want my money from the service he did because clearly it wasn't done by him but by a bot.

I would like to add that plankgang has contacted me in the past through discord to complete specific orders for him. What may have happened here is plankgang gave your powerleveling order to a third party to complete, and that person botted on it. The service provider in this case "Plankgang" must inform the customer if he is going to have a worker or any third party on your account to complete the order.

also, they dont just ban people who use runelite client and dont bot on it, my account was perfectly fine until you trained on it. they wouldnt just ban me for no reason

 

Hey, i perfectly know Jagex doesn't ban players for using RuneLite Client.

But this is the first that this happens. On over 25 accounts powerleveled, i never had a single complaint.

Also yesterday after my service, you vouched me:

This means you already had logged on into the account and then proceded to do w/e is you did.

This is proof that you did log into the account before it got sadly banned.

 

i actually never logged into my account, i wasnt home last night, i just looked at the screenies that you sent me and then sent a vouch, then i went to log into my account today and it was banned, so yeah i couldve waited to vouch, but you definitely botted it wouldnt happen for no reason
most people who vouch, vouch instantly after they have recieved what they purchased, and thats what i did.

 

I will be filing a hjacked report to jagex if it get unbanned it mean you or somebody else from you team botted theaccountand I will want my money and compensation

sorry if this is not apart of the report. but FYI if this is the case you can file a report to Jagex and they will see the IP address is different and should unban you. (in most cases anyway )

 

Yeah I made a ban appeal yesterday so hopefully I can get unbanned, I had like 200m on my account and was just getting back into rs and now I’m about to quit if I can’t get it back :/ just hope something actually gets done with plankgang

 

Insufficient evidence. This comes down to word versus word and we cannot verify either claim.
