Selling account on PA question!

I want to sell my pure with all its gp which is about 300m. What is stopping someone buying it logging on and taking all the stuff and claim it wasn't right and cancel order?

False, they only check the credentials of the account not the items contained in it.

This is why you rarely find anyone selling an account with gold on it.
