Charged with assualt

ok so today in school i hit this 1 kid in the face and he didnt touch me at all and when i went to the office i got yelled at for like 5 sec and then the principle said i could be charged with assualt, im only 14 and he said he the kids mom does press charges then i will get a ticket and go to court i asked him about going to juevey but he said most likely not. does anyone know what will happen like the worst case senario if i get charged

 

Worst case scenario:

They file charge, you get cuffed, you go to court, lose in court, spend a weeks in jail, you come out, you have a criminal record :\

Eh doesn't seem too bad except the criminal record.

Yeah but what are the chances though? Most 14 year olds horseplay all the time for fun and it's not so serious. Most likely, the kid's parents have a grudge against you and possible suspension. That's it ;p

I've been in multiple fights throughout middle school, along with high school.
Guessing by your age your most likely in 8th or 9th grade. Also, I'm guessing you didn't do severe damage (breaking or fracturing bones) so there's a very small chance you'll be hit with any charge. The only time I've experienced charges was when I purposely took a math book to the back of someone's head, even then, no charges were pressed.

ok thanks guys, yea i the kid had a red mark on his face i only hit him 1 time and it wasnt even hard, im suspended for the rest of today, tommorrow, then i have iss(in school suspension)

 

nice i got 26 referals and lik 10 days iss lol but i never got into a fight

 

sorry idk if this is double posting, but this 1 girl that i really like and like half of my friends are in iss and there was this 1 kid i really hate so i just walked up to him and hit him in the face

 

Just trust me, if someone talks shit or fucks with you, hit them.
You'll look back when your out of high school, and realize you took everyone's shit. Don't let that happen.

Wow, look who's talking; get your shit straightened out, kid. And yes, lets be serious about this whole thing. Acuve; You're 14 years old, you hit somebody in the face, they didn't touch you. I hope you get at least a week suspension, now I don't know the story (how hurt was the other person, if he/she was even hurt at all?), but hopefully that gives you some time to think over what you did. Were you given a chance to think about what you were going to do to the other kid, are you short tempered, etc? There are a lot of other ways to solve things before they lead to physical fights. But since you're still a young minor, nothing major should happen to you.

If you're so worried, then just solve the problem. If you can, try writing an apology to them.

Or better yet, go to their house and apologize to the family and explain. I guess there's nothing else you can do but hope. Apologize might give you a better chance of staying safe.
