Explanation of the trade: I paid $58 USD in bitcoin (he only asked for $53, but my exchange I use sends payments out 2-3 hours after you request them so I sent an extra $5 to make up for the price change of btc) for him to get me b gloves + lunars from scratch. I specifically asked him to not train any unnecessary attack/defense exp since I wanted a 50 attack 42 defense account to pk with.

How they scammed: They ignored my request to not gain any additional defense exp. They did the quest "Holy Grail" on my account which gains 20k defense exp. The quest was totally unnecessary as its not a requirement for bgloves, and goes directly against my request of not gaining any unnecessary attack/defense exp.

This is the moment I told him not to train my attack/def, at the time I messaged him the account was still good to go, the account had 5 defense which is only around 500 exp. Also note that he asks me to change the password so he can give it to a new worker on 09/05

On 09/12 he informs me that for the past 7 days no one was working on the account due to his own error, I still didn't complain since all I wanted was my account completed as I asked.

On 09/17 I realized that the new worker was working extremely slow, his original time period of 10-12 days is already up and the worker would just leave my account for days without being trained.

On 09/26 I notice once again the new worker was making barely any progress. He asks me to change the password once again to hand it over to a 3rd worker.

On 09/28 I realized that the 3rd worker on my account had gotten the defense up even though I had specifically requested not to train it. But as you can see in the screenshot his response is "np bro, we always do it since we always leave def at 44-45 lol" Why wouldn't he mention the defense will be 44-45 when I told him not to train defense?

I wouldn't even be mad that it took him 3x longer than his predicted time if he could have at least done the job as I asked. I ordered this same service from 3 different sythe users, this was my only negative experience. Both the other service providers were able to listen to my request of not training defense as well as they completed the account in a timely manner.

Now I'll admit I didn't specify that I did not want him to do the quest Holy Grail but I assumed any reasonable person wouldn't do a quest that gives 20k def exp when its not necessary for barrows gloves. He literally could have picked any other 2 quest point quest and completed the service with no issues.

hello, I will be explaining some other points after that you can tell me again if I have to refund, I know you already told me but I guess I gotta defend my self in this and then tell me if I really have to refund since I feel this is not my fault at all...

Firstly, I have done near 400+ b gloves done and in those orders people always tell me what def lvl they want, it can be from lvl 41 def to 45. by default when no one tell me I let me operator do w.e quest they want as long it don't go over 44-45. EDIT: the account could have ended with lvl 43 def too and that could have also be a problem since he never told us he wanted lvl 42 def...

secondly, when there a mistake on my part and I didn't do as the person asked me for x lvl of def we either refund or make the account from my own money. (the mistake from this is that took longer and I use my own money to get him a bond to get the order completed, right now is raining season and electricity been crap for my workers... so since is on me I corrected that mistake and I use a bond)

thirdly, the person told me he didn't want extra exp but from quests he never told me he wanted lvl 42 def or lvl 50 attack either (I not even sure what att lvl was left at)...

and lastly, two days before we finished the acc he told me we did holy grail I didn't see nothing bad with that since is a short quest that give 2 quests points and exp for def. if he didn't wanted the account why he let us continue when I told him we do the lvl at 44-45 always at that moment? why he didn't ask for a refund at that moment but told us "w.e" and let us finish the acc and then make a report?

since we never trained def/att why do I have to refund him since all exp come from quests as he requested?
